Abilities
Character's Canon Abilities: Mizuiro is very nearly a normal, powerless human being. The only abilities/powers he’s demonstrated are a gift for tactical planning (He comes up with plans to attack Aizen shortly after waking up in the Fake Karakura town without much time to plan) and the ability to withstand Aizen’s enormous spiritual power without disintegrating. However, I’m not sure these really count as “superhuman” (Since damn near everyone in Bleach is capable of seeing souls and even Chizuru could withstand being in Aizen’s presence), so I’m going to be giving Mizuiro a dormant ability.
Conditional: If your character has no superhuman canon abilities, what dormant ability will you give them? Welp. How about the ability to secrete a pheromone? But this pheromone will be specific! Instead of attracting all the ladies (or fellas who like fellas) in the area, it will only affect older ladies (And fellas who like fellas.)
Let's see here, it'd work, basically, like those pheromone colognes/perfumes claim to work. (Having never used one, I cannot say for certain whether or not they actually work so no offense if you dear modly types are fans of them) so (older) women who are attracted to men, as well as men who are attracted to men will be more attracted to him. It isn't going to drive them absolutely insane, it'll just be more like a "Hey. Look at that guy. He's cute. I'd do him." kind of thing. It would cause attraction to him in people who might not otherwise be attracted to him. Whether or not they act on it is their own choice.
It would be released in his sweat. He won't have to, uh, sweat on people (mostly because it skeeves me out to imagine that) but it will release the scent in the air. At first, when it's just showing up, it'll be a very small area around him, but as it grows more powerful over time it'll be a much wider range. It's possible he'll be able to control it when he releases it - I haven't quite decided yet. I mean, not to sound like a flighty person, but that would be way, WAY in the future, since I plan to activate this power slowly. ... if at all.
Detectable? I'm not exactly sure what is meant by this. I'm going to assume that it means either by non-older-ladies and gents or by someone who looks for powers. The answer is no to the first set. Normal people who aren't affected by it wouldn't be able to detect it - it isn't like he's going to radiate comic book type stinklines. But if someone who knew how to find a pheromone were to take a look at him, they would be able to find it. And maybe bottle it. I don't know. If it's something else, please let me know and I'll make something up let you know!

Point in Canon: The point that Mizuiro will be taken from will be during the Arrancar Arc. He’s just snuck into the Urahara Shoten with Tatsuki and Keigo to watch Ichigo, Chad and Uryuu head through the Garganta into Hueco Mundo.

Character Personality: Kojima Mizuiro is a normal Japanese teenager. He enjoys playing video games and listening to music, and hanging out with his friends.
He’s often seen as the ‘sweet’ one of the foursome that he is a part of, or at the very least the ‘shy’ one. And around people not in his group of friends, that’s exactly how he acts.
But when he’s alone with them, or just feeling comfortable with his friends surrounding him, his melodramatic antics can rival even Asano Keigo‘s histrionics. Well, at least when the mood suits him. It seems that it’s Keigo’s influence on him that makes him act spastically. But as well, his very presence seems to enable Keigo into his most flamboyant actions. It’s revealed in an omake chapter that both Keigo and Mizuiro were very quiet, shy boys until they met one another in middle school. They seem to bring out the worst in each other, each one working to enable the other into acting out.
Like many teenaged boys, Mizuiro enjoys aggravating his friends. Well, except for Yasutora, but who on earth would antagonize a huge guy like that? Unless you were bigger than him. Anyway. He teases his friend Keigo by calling him ‘Asano-san’ in a condescending manner, which usually upsets him greatly. Also, he is seen taunting Ichigo with the Don Kanoji pose/laugh, even though Mizuiro himself is annoyed by it. It’s fairly obvious that he only does it to annoy Ichigo. He even states that he does it just to annoy him!
But when he’s around the (older) ladies, he acts as sweet as he looks, which seems to attract their attention very well. He seems to be quite popular with the ladies, probably because of his charm and sweet face. During the canon timeline, he has at least one girlfriend--which is one more than his friends have at that time.
Mizuiro is known as something of a player. During the omake chapter that is centered around him, he is seen at the residence of an older woman. Although it isn’t stated directly, it is implied that he spent the night with the woman, even though he is only fifteen years old. His peculiar power with the ladies is displayed next when he impressed a pair of older teenage girls, who are instantly wooed by his naivety. To further cement his status as a player, Mizuiro goes on a week long ‘scuba diving’ holiday to Phuket, Thailand with his current girlfriend and nine of her female friends. When he tells his other, non-sexy friends about this, he is very blasé about it, as if he does this kind of thing often.
Unlike the majority of his friends, during the encounter with Aizen in the Fake Karakura Town, Mizuiro is very calm. He doesn’t seem to be disorientated or frightened of the monstrously strong Aizen and Ichimaru. Instead, he had been planning and gathering materials such as food and stun-guns to help them in the fight. When Aizen comes to threaten them, he actually attacks the would-be God, making a crude incendiary device from a canister of flammable gas. Of course, it has no real effect on Aizen, but Mizuiro did give it a shot, which is more than the other humans could claim to have done.

His free stay at the Tower Apartments had nearly run out and Mizuiro needed a job. He wasn’t entirely sure how to go about getting one here. It sounded pretty difficult, honestly. He hadn’t finished high school and he had no previous experience.
Mizuiro sighed as he stared down at his NV, scrolling through the job postings. No… no.. no matter how many jobs he looked out he was either unqualified for or just… didn’t want. Blah. Maybe he could just live with Keigo until the jobs stopped being impossible or too disgusting for him to bother to apply?
He thought about that. Living with Keigo? Having to listen to his constant weird fits all the time… He’d never be able to bring a girl home because Keigo would scream at them the entire time she was there. He shuddered. No way! Not if he could do anything about it!
Aha. There! A job as a salesman in a jewelry! That would be perfect! Mizurio was sure he could charm customers well enough to sell a whole lot of jewelry. He copied down the contact information into his address book. Yeah. Hopefully he could get that job, then he wouldn’t be doomed to live with Keigo for even five minutes.
